The Pinehurst Civic Group is managed for its members by a board of directors, which is elected by the members at the annual meeting.    Any member of the organization is eligible to be a board member and the board is vigilant for potential, new board members.  Board Members serve for a three year term.

From the Board of Directors, an Executive Committee is elected.  The Executive Committee shall consist of five or more Board members.  The membership of the Executive Committee shall be the President, the Vice President(s), and the Treasurer, and such Directors as shall be selected by the aforementioned members of the Committee serving thereon by virtue of their office.
